GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
HOW TO RESERVE
Fill the demand of attached reservation and return it by mail, fax or e-mail, accompanied with a deposit of:
Rent Eco-Chalet or Yurt: 150 € a week or for the short stays: 30 % of the total amount
Campsite: 30 % of the total amount and minimum 20€
PAYMENT OF the STAY
Upon receipt of your reservation and of your deposit, we shall send you, according to the available places, a confirmation of reservation. The balance of the stay is to be adjusted upon your arrival. We do not ask for expenses of reservation.
CANCELLATION
More than 30 days before your date of arrival: we retain the deposit, except:
- In the event of an accident, death or serious illness of one of the customers or his(her) family, we pay off to you the sum already paid under presentation of a medical certificate
Between the 30th and the 1st day: the deposit will be retained in their totality
TOURIST TAX
There is no tourist tax.
DELAYED ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE ANTICIPATES
Campsite: in case of delayed arrival or of anticipated departure with regard to dates mentioned on your reservation, it will be charged the price of the current campsite rate.
Rent: in case of delayed arrival or of anticipated departure with regard to dates mentioned on your reservation, no refund will be made.
We shall keep your location or your rent 48 hours from date planned by your arrival. Crossed this deadline we shall have it. Please thus prevent us if your arrival must be modified.
HOW TO PAY
By bank transfer; credit card; cash
PLEDGE
Rent Chalet or Yurt: a 150€ pledge must be paid by the tenant the day of the handing over of keys and will be restored the day of the departure except possible deduction of the expenses of restoration of the accommodation and the refund of missing or damaged equipment. In case of departure out of hours of the reception, the pledge will be, after check of the rent, sent by mail. A 45-€ lump sum will be retained if the rent is not returned in the best state of cleanliness.
Noted: the pledge does not constitute a limit of responsibility of the tenant.
KITCHEN
The rent of the kitchen is an option proposed to the tenants of yurts and applies in total number of the persons who are more than 6 years old. Any breakage, degradation or any dysfunction must be indicated; every person is responsible for tidying up and for cleaning the space which has been used.
ANIMALS
They must be kept on a lead on the ground and have a vaccination certificate up to date. They can enter yurts provided that they sleep on the ground not on beds, and provided that they eat and drink outside. They are not admitted in the Chalets. They will make their needs outside of the campsite.
