These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Hôtel / Camping Le Moulin de la Brevette and its customers in connection with the rental of its mobile homes located within the establishment.
Each room and gite has its own capacity and will be strictly limited to the number of people required for the accommodation booked.
Each mobile home can accommodate up to 6 people in a three-bedroom configuration: one bedroom (double bed) and two bedrooms (2 single beds each).
The installation of tents or additional equipment near the mobile home is not permitted.
Rooms and the gite can be rented for any length of time, with a minimum stay of 1 night (subject to change depending on the period and availability).
The rental is available for any length of time, with a minimum stay of 2 nights (subject to change depending on the period and availability).
Bookings can be made by telephone, e-mail or via online booking platforms (OTAs).
For rooms, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking (details to follow, generally between 30% and 50% of the total). The balance of the stay may be required up to 5 days before arrival. Reservations will only become effective once written confirmation has been received and the deposit has been cashed.
For mobile home rentals, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking (details to follow, generally between 30% and 50% of the total). The balance of the stay may be required up to 14 days before arrival.
Bookings only become effective after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit.
A handling fee may apply for the administrative processing of bookings and will be indicated at the time of confirmation.
Arrival: from 3pm
Departure: before 10 a.m. for mobile homes
Departure: before 11 a.m. for rooms and the gite
If the accommodation is vacated after this time, an additional night may be charged.
For mobile homes, a bank pre-authorisation of €400 is required as a deposit, by credit card, prior to arrival. In the event of damage, theft or breach of contract, a deduction may be made remotely, on production of proof. The customer expressly authorises the campsite to use the bank card provided for this purpose.
Cancellation conditions are specific to each offer and are clearly detailed at the time of booking. These will take precedence over the general conditions below:
50% non-refundable deposit on booking.
Balance, non-refundable, on D-5 for rooms and gite.
Balance, non-refundable, on D-14 for mobile homes.
Changes to room and gîte bookings (dates, accommodation) can be made up to 3 days before arrival, subject to availability. Late requests may be refused.
You can change your mobile home holiday (dates, accommodation) up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. Late requests may be refused.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to holidays with fixed dates.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the stay booked will be payable.
Swimming pool: access reserved for registered guests only. Open from 10am to 8pm. Pets and picnics with drinks are not permitted in the pool area. No smoking in the pool area.
Play area: open from 9am to 9pm, picnics and drinks permitted, pets not allowed.
Peace and quiet: please respect the peace and quiet of the premises, especially between 10pm and 8am.
Smoking: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, rooms, gite and mobile homes.
Pets: authorised during the day subject to prior agreement, but may not sleep on site or use the swimming pool.
Visitors: authorised during the day subject to prior agreement, but may not sleep on site or use the swimming pool.
Use of the premises: the mobile homes, rooms and gîte are intended for leisure use only. Any subletting or professional use is prohibited.
Minors: minors not accompanied by a responsible adult are not accepted.
Rooms and mobile homes: for reasons of safety, peace and quiet and to preserve the facilities, the introduction and use of bicycles, scooters, skateboards or any other individual mobility device, whether motorized or not, are strictly forbidden on the premises. This prohibition applies regardless of the type of equipment or method of propulsion. A garage is available on reservation at an additional cost for safe indoor parking.
The management reserves the right to immediately exclude any customer whose behaviour disrupts public order or jeopardises the peace or safety of other holidaymakers.
The options below must be booked directly with the hotel by email or telephone, no later than one week before arrival:
Linen package (bed + toilet): €15 / person
End-of-stay cleaning package: €60/stay
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own linen or reserve it for an additional charge when booking (+€15/person). End-of-stay cleaning is not included. The mobile home must be cleaned before departure or can be booked with the additional cleaning package (+60€, to be booked at the time of reservation). If it is not done, the amount of the cleaning package will be deducted from the deposit after the customer's departure.
A city tax will be applied. It is not included in the price and must be paid on site.
An inventory is provided to guests before and/or on arrival. It must be completed and returned to reception within the first few hours of your stay. After this time, any damage or loss found on the customer's departure will be charged to the customer and deducted from the deposit after departure. The Moulin de la Brevette cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings. The photos presented on the communication media are non-contractual.
The lessor cannot be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage of personal belongings on the premises.
We strongly recommend that customers take out cancellation and third-party liability insurance during their stay.
It is the customer's responsibility to take out personal insurance covering bodily injury, property damage or consequential loss in the event of an incident during the stay.
The establishment cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure (bad weather, fire, natural disasters, pandemic, administrative ban, power cut, etc.) leading to the modification or cancellation of the stay. If the force majeure lasts for more than three weeks, the contract may be terminated automatically.
Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent in writing to the manager within a reasonable period of time. In the event of a persistent dispute, the customer may appeal free of charge to the competent consumer ombudsman: Mrs and/or Mr Buchaillard - reception@moulindelabrevette.com
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the Bourg en Bresse court shall have sole jurisdiction.
Certain special offers or promotions are neither modifiable nor refundable. No refunds will be given in the event of a price reduction between the booking and the stay.
If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the other clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce a clause does not prevent it from being enforced at a later date.
The contract is drawn up in French. In the event of translation, only the French version shall be deemed authentic.
