General terms and conditions
With the present confirmation, you accept the general terms and conditions of sale.
Cancellation Nothing will be refunded if you cancel inclusive deposit + booking fees and cancellation insurance .
Less than one month before your arrival, 50 % of the total amount of your stay inclusive the deposit + booking
fees and cancellation insurance will be charged. Less than one week before your arrival, the total amount of your
stay inclusive the deposit + booking fees and cancellation insurance will be charged.
No refund will be provided for early departures or late arrivals.
At the time of booking, we suggest you to take out a cancellation insurance – stay interruption insurance (cost and
general terms and conditions of the cancellation insurance on our website).
At your departure, if the rental is not left perfectly clean, an amount of 100 € will be applied. Additionally, in the
instance where materials have been damaged, we will be forced to take an amount to cover the damage.
The booking fee covering the reservation of rentals or pitches amounts to 15 € and is non-refundable.
A deposit from 25 % of the total amount of your stay + booking fees + cancellation insurance + 3 € for the
household waste collection will be asked for the booking.
Rentals : water and electricity are included in the price.
Parking for one normal vehicle is included in the rental or pitch price. Vehicles are not permitted on the campsite
after 11 p.m. Any additional vehicle must be parked outside the campsite (free public parking is available 50 m
away). Visitors must park their vehicles outside the campsite.
Any false declarations (to add or delete people – false indentity…) will cancel the reservation.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in the high season. Possibility of rental for a minimum of 2 nights (on
request).
Rentals : time of arrival is between 4 and 7 pm. Time of departure between 9 and 10 am.
Only pillows and covers are provided. Possibility to rent sheets + towels (depends on availability).
Your rental or pitch will be reserved for 24 hours from the envisaged arrival date. After this time and if we don't hear
from you, your reservation will be cancelled and the total amount of your stay will be cashed.
Our reception staff will do its best to satisfy your reservation requests. The staff can however be forced to modify
such requests at any time.
Although it isn't necessary to reserve a pitch, it's recommended. Campers without a reservation will only be
welcomed if we've got some availability.
The full cost of your stay must be paid at the latest one month before your arrival .
Internal regulations: customers must respect and ensure accompanying persons to respect the regulations of the
campsite which are displayed at the reception entrance. The rules of the swimming pool and of the naturist terrace
also have to be kept.
Pitches: day visitors must sign in and confirm their identity at the reception desk. Visits are subject to payment (the
price of an additional person).
Rentals: any additional person staying overnight will not be permitted if the maximum number of persons for the
rental has already been reached.
In high season, to ensure your safety and to stop unwanted visitors, we ask our customers to wear an identification
wristband.
Baggy swim shorts are forbidden in the swimming pool, only tight-fitting ones are allowed.
Only electric barbecues are permitted. Charcoal, gas barbecues... are strictly prohibited by prefectoral decree.
Pets are not accepted.
