CAMPING REGULATIONS
All bookings are personal and non-transferable. The persons listed on the contract cannot be replaced by a third party.
Only one vehicle and one pet are allowed per pitch. Dogs of category 1 and 2 are strictly forbidden. All pets must be vaccinated, and the vaccination record will be requested upon arrival. Pets are subject to an additional fee. They must be kept on a leash at all times and must never be left alone in the accommodation or on the pitch. Minors must be accompanied by their parents.
A booking becomes effective only after we receive the signed contract and the required deposit, followed by our written confirmation.
Preferences expressed at the time of booking will be satisfied as far as possible depending on availability, without engaging the campsite’s responsibility. They cannot be guaranteed or demanded.
Water park:
Children must always be under the responsibility and supervision of a parent or accompanying adult.
Access to the swimming pools and slides is strictly limited to children accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
For hygiene reasons, shorts, bermuda shorts, underwear, wetsuits, pareos, clothing, or burkinis are strictly forbidden.
Only swimming trunks, swim boxers, and one- or two-piece swimsuits are allowed.
In case of cancellation made in writing:
If cancelled 3 months before the beginning of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled 2 months before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
After this period, the entire deposit or payment will be retained by the campsite.
In all cases, booking fees are non-refundable.
A cancellation insurance is available at 2.9% of the total stay price, to guarantee reimbursement in case of unforeseen last-minute events. The full insurance terms are available at the campsite reception.
In case of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date without written notice from the client, the campsite will dispose of the pitch or accommodation from 12:00 noon the following day.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total price of the stay remains due, and no refund will be granted.
RENTALS
In July and August, mobile homes are rented from Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m.
Outside this period, arrival and departure days are free.
This booking contract requires payment of:
25% of the total amount of the stay (minimum €50)
€25 booking fee (free of charge outside July and August)
Eco-contribution: €3.49 per person per stay
The balance for mobile home rentals must be paid 15 days before arrival to confirm the booking.
If payment is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and the campsite will reallocate the accommodation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (RENTALS):
A €200 deposit will be requested upon arrival. It will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage or breakage is found.
A second cheque of €70 will be requested for the cleaning fee and will be returned if the accommodation is left perfectly clean.
In case of departure outside reception hours, the inspection will be carried out later and the deposits will be destroyed.
The tenant agrees to pay any costs exceeding the deposit amount if necessary to repair any damage caused.
PITCHES (Maximum 6 people)
Arrivals from 2:00 p.m., departures before 12:00 noon.
Any departure after 12:00 will be charged as an additional night.

The balance for camping pitches must be paid on the day of arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (PITCHES):
A €20 deposit will be required for the automatic gate access card.
WEARING THE WRISTBAND
Wearing the campsite wristband is mandatory throughout your stay. It must not be exchanged or given to anyone else.
LIABILITY
The campsite accepts no responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings, incidents under the camper’s responsibility, or service interruptions due to force majeure (bad weather, power cuts, etc.).
IMAGE RIGHTS
During your stay, you may be photographed and appear in our next brochure, on our website, or in other communication materials.
If you refuse, please notify the reception in writing on the day of your arrival.
