●Tourist tax: 0.50€/ person + 18 yearsold
●Yourreservation will be registered afte rreception of 30% deposit of your rental AMOUNT + 12€ administrative fees to be paid either by credit card, bank transfer, cheque, postal order or international money order, a confirmation will be sent to you. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
●ATTENTION. No refund will be granted for any shortened or canceled stay. Any cancellation must be notified in writing and will be reimbursed, if validation of a cancellation insurance contract (excluding administrative costs) on presentation of proof or a medical certificate. In the event of confinement due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all stays will be fully reimbursed (excluding booking fees).
●Arrivals from 4 pm. Departure before 10 am.
●A damage deposit of 320€ and acleaning deposit of 80€ will be requested on arrival (cheque or cash)
●This deposit of 400€ will be entirely refunded on departures except if there is damage, if something is missing or if cleaning is not done.
●We accept: holiday cheques, bank cheques, ACSI, VACAF, credit card, bank transfer and cash.
●Please bring your own sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase (duvets and pillows are provided), as well as cleaning products.
●Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation.
●Pets are allowed in the campsite but must be kept on a leash.
