1. PURPOSE
In order to benefit from the services offered by Camping Les Calquières, we kindly ask you to read carefully the general terms and conditions below. These conditions govern all bookings for accommodation or “tourism” pitches and any related services. They apply at the time the booking is made.
By reserving a stay (by telephone, by mail, or via the website www.camping-aveyron.fr), you fully and unreservedly agree to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) as defined herein. They take precedence over all other terms and conditions, in particular those applicable to other marketing channels for the same services.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Client is informed that, in accordance with Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date or according to a specific schedule is not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies to stays booked with the Camping.
3. RESERVATIONS
3.1 – CONDITIONS
Camping Les Calquières offers holidays intended for families in the traditional sense and reserves the right to refuse any booking that would be contrary to this principle or that seeks to divert it.
Reservations may be made online, by telephone, by email, or directly at the campsite reception. Every reservation will be confirmed by the campsite with an acknowledgment of receipt. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the booking and immediately report any errors.
The allocation of pitch or accommodation numbers is strictly under the management’s discretion and cannot give rise to any discount or price adjustment.
Any contracting person must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a contract, and not under guardianship or curatorship. The contracting person must be present for the entire duration of the stay.
A booking becomes effective only with the campsite’s approval, either after receipt of the deposit and the duly completed and signed booking form, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale during the online booking process.
If the deposit is not paid at the time of booking or the balance not settled no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and to reoffer the accommodation for rental.
The reservation of a camping pitch or rental accommodation is strictly personal; the client is not authorized to sublet or transfer the reservation without prior consent from the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians for the entire duration of their stay.
3.2 – DESCRIPTION
Rental accommodation: The basic package includes equipment for 1 to 6 persons, babies included depending on the type of rental, and access to facilities and sanitary blocks.
Camping pitch: The basic package includes a tent, caravan, or motorhome for 2 persons including a baby, and access to facilities and sanitary blocks.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to families or groups arriving with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the accommodation rented, or whose composition differs from that indicated on the reservation, without any refund.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
Any booking of more than 3 accommodation units by the same individual, or by different individuals who know each other and are traveling together for the same purpose and dates, is considered a group booking.
For any group booking request, you must contact the campsite by telephone, email, or via the “Contact Us” section on our website. The campsite reserves the right to review the booking request before accepting or refusing it.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 – PRICES
The prices of the services are indicated in euros, including VAT, and correspond to the rates in effect on the day of the booking.
The prices are valid for the 2025 season and may be subject to change without notice. Any promotional offers are only valid for the specified period and are non-retroactive.
The price includes:
Accommodation according to the type chosen,
Access to the campsite facilities (swimming pool, sanitary blocks, etc.),
Water, gas, and electricity consumption.
The price does not include:
The tourist tax (payable per person per day, according to the current local rate),
Optional supplements (pets, additional vehicles, visitors, etc.),
Any paid activities offered by the campsite or its partners.
The campsite reserves the right to correct any errors that may appear in the rates or descriptions prior to confirmation of the reservation.

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
For any reservation made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If the balance is not received within the time limit, the campsite reserves the right to consider the booking cancelled and to retain the amounts already paid as compensation.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, cheque (French banks only), holiday vouchers (ANCV), or cash within the legal limits.
5. MODIFICATIONS
5.1 – BY THE CLIENT
Any request to modify a booking must be submitted in writing (by email or post) and will only be valid after confirmation by the campsite.
Changes may include the dates of stay, the type of accommodation, or optional services, and will be made according to availability.
Modification policy:
Up to 30 days before the start of the stay: modify free of charge (within the limit of 2 times and for a new stay in 2026) or cancel without justification and be reimbursed, excluding booking fees.
Up to 14 days before the start of the stay: modify free of charge (within the limit of 2 times and for a new stay in 2026) or cancel without justification and be reimbursed, excluding booking fees and cancellation fees (€60).
Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.
Any modification may result in a recalculation of the total price according to the rates in force on the new dates or for the new accommodation type.
5.2 – BY THE CAMPSITE
In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the campsite’s control (force majeure, natural disaster, administrative restrictions, etc.), the campsite may be forced to modify or cancel the stay. In this case, an equivalent or superior accommodation solution will be offered at no additional cost to the client. If this is not possible, a full refund of the sums paid will be made, without any further compensation.
6. LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
The client must notify the campsite in advance of any late arrival. If no information is received and the client has not arrived within 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, the campsite reserves the right to reallocate the accommodation or pitch.
In such cases, the amounts already paid will be retained by the campsite as compensation.
Early departures (whatever the reason) do not give rise to any refund, except in the case of an event recognized as force majeure (with proof).
7. CANCELLATION
7.1 – CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt).
The date of receipt will determine the applicable cancellation conditions.
Up to 30 days before the start of the stay: refund of the amounts paid, excluding booking fees.
From 30 to 14 days before the start of the stay: refund of the amounts paid, excluding booking fees and cancellation fees (€60).
Less than 14 days before the start of the stay or in the case of a no-show: no refund will be made; the total cost of the stay will be retained.
Any stay that has started will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for early departure (including illness, accident, or weather conditions).
The client is advised to take out cancellation insurance with a third-party company to cover these risks.
7.2 – CANCELLATION BY THE CAMPSITE
In the event of cancellation by the campsite (except in cases of force majeure), the client will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
This cancellation cannot give rise to any additional compensation.
If the cancellation is due to a case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, administrative closure, etc.), the campsite will offer the client:
either a postponement of the stay to later dates in the same or following season,
or a credit note valid for 18 months,
or a refund according to the provisions of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
8. SECURITY DEPOSIT
For rentals, a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival ( bank card pre-authorization).
This deposit is intended to cover any damages or missing items in the accommodation, as well as cleaning if the premises are not left in a satisfactory state.
After inspection at the end of the stay, the deposit will be returned in full, except for any deductions corresponding to damage, loss, or cleaning costs (flat rate of €80 if the rental is not properly cleaned).
In case of early departure preventing inspection, the deposit will be returned later by mail or bank transfer after the necessary checks.
Tenants must report any defect or missing item within 24 hours after their arrival; otherwise, the accommodation will be considered in perfect condition.
